Job :
Reporting to the Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development, your missions will be:
- Support farmers in the internal equipment of their plots,
- Organize and lead training sessions on smart irrigation and water management,
- Revitalize Agricultural Water User Associations (AUEA),
- Support agricultural warning systems,

Required profile :
- Holder of a technician diploma in rural engineering, water management and mastery,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Mastery of irrigation systems and agricultural hydraulic equipment.
- Knowledge in water resource management and conservation,
- Ability to lead and support water user associations,
- Ability to analyze and interpret climate and hydraulic data,
- Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities with farmers and partners,
- Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, autonomous, and able to work in a team.
