Job :
Attached to the Management, your main mission is to ensure the organization and administrative management of staff.
In this context, you will have to:
• Lead staff administration (contracts, time management, social and legal obligations) and payroll management.
• Ensure the compliance of the Company's policy and procedures with legal provisions.
• Define a human resources policy in line with the company's functional requirements: needs analysis, recruitment actions, monitoring of employee integration, etc.,
• Gather training needs from operational staff, define and implement the training policy.
• Manage relations with various social and tax organizations,
• Contribute to maintaining a good social climate.
Required profile :

With a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher, you have experience in a similar position.

You are fluent in Arabic and French, you are available, rigorous, and a good listener.
