Join a dynamic company in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector and take charge of payroll and attendance management. Based in Meknès, this strategic position invites you to actively contribute to administrative personnel management.
The main goal is to ensure the reliability and optimization of processes related to payroll management and work time tracking, while guaranteeing regulatory compliance and employee satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and checking the collection of timekeeping data.
- Preparing and verifying variable payroll elements (overtime, bonuses, allowances, etc.)
- Managing social and tax declarations related to payroll.
- Advising and supporting employees on payroll and work time issues.
- Monitoring regulations regarding labor law and social legislation.
- Collecting and checking timekeeping records (hours worked, absences, late arrivals, leave, etc.).
- Checking the reliability and consistency of data before processing.
- Managing anomalies (timekeeping discrepancies, unjustified absences, etc.).
- Reporting related to payroll and timekeeping.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.
Required profile :
Qualifications:

Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in Management, Accounting, Finance or Human Resources / Personnel / Training.
- Professional experience of 1 to 3 years is sought for this position, allowing you to master the key aspects of payroll and time management.
- Proficiency in payroll and time management software.
- Excellent knowledge of Moroccan social and tax legislation.
- Rigor, organization, and a strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
