Missions and tasks:
- Administration and configuration of the CRM platform
- Qualification and segmentation of customer databases
- Monitoring data quality and consistency
- Automation of follow-up flows and workflows
- Building and updating KP dashboards
- Analysis of customer behavior and life cycles
- Monitoring CRM campaign performance
- Production of regular reports for management
- Data collection, cleaning, and structuring
- Populating and maintaining data pipelines
- Participation in projects for integrating third-party sources
- Staying updated on data best practices (GDPR, governance)
- Writing user guides and support materials
- Local support for sales teams
- Participation in the onboarding of new employees
Required profile :
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in computer science, Big Data, Data Analysis, or equivalent (Licence, Licence Pro, DUT..). A specialization in CRM/Business Intelligence is a plus.
Experience:
- Junior profile with 1 to 2 years of experience (internship or significant apprenticeship accepted). Initial exposure to a CRM tool in a professional context is appreciated.
