Join our dynamic call center in Casablanca as a General Services Officer. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the smooth running of our operations and to grow within a close-knit team.
Your role will be central in optimizing and managing material and logistical resources. You will ensure that all conditions are met so that our teams can operate in the best possible conditions, thus guaranteeing the efficiency and fluidity of our services.
Your main missions will include managing supply stocks, coordinating the maintenance of equipment and premises, acting as the point of contact with external service providers for general services, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. You will also participate in the logistical organization of internal events and the management of travel.
Required profile :
For this position, a high school diploma (Bac) is required, ideally supplemented by training focused on production, quality, safety, or maintenance.
A first successful professional experience, lasting between 1 and 3 years, in similar roles is highly desired. This will allow you to quickly get up to speed and bring real added value.
We are looking for an organized, rigorous, and proactive person with excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems independently will be a major asset. Proficiency in standard office software is also expected.
