Your main tasks:



  • Provide quality customer support in German via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Handle customer requests efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborate with different teams in an international environment

Required profile :
  • • Excellent command of German, both written and spoken (required)
  • • Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • • Service-oriented and customer-focused attitude
  • • Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus
  • • Good level of French and/or English is appreciated
  • • Comfortable with digital tools and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
