Your main tasks:
- Provide quality customer support in German via phone, email, and/or chat
- Handle customer requests efficiently and professionally
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with different teams in an international environment
Required profile :
- • Excellent command of German, both written and spoken (required)
- • Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- • Service-oriented and customer-focused attitude
- • Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus
- • Good level of French and/or English is appreciated
- • Comfortable with digital tools and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
