DXC Technology Morocco is currently expanding its German-speaking support teams and is looking for dynamic Customer Service Agents to join an international and fast-growing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support in German via phone, email, and/or chat
- Handle customer requests efficiently while ensuring a high level of service quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive customer experience
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with different teams in a dynamic international environment
Required profile :
- Excellent command of German is mandatory (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
- Good level of English and/or French is appreciated
- Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced environment
