As a business analyst for commercial offers, you are at the heart of our partner's business cases and are responsible for:

• The analysis of marketing requests for the Residential and/or Professional markets
• The design, implementation, and testing of offers to be configured in the IS.
• This configuration allows them to be marketed, delivered, and then invoiced in the IS.
• You will be in direct contact with marketing and business representatives, and closely follow the very dynamic telecom industry.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders
• Identify impacts on the IS for marketing requests
• Costing and feasibility study
• Participate in the scoping meetings for complex projects

Graduated from higher education with a Bac+5 level or equivalent in computer science, with up to 4 years of experience in information systems.

Skills sought:

• Experience in the telecommunications sector would be desirable
• A cross-functional knowledge of the major components of an information system (Order Taking, Delivery, Billing, .)
• Professional experience in configuration and parameterization activities would be an asset
• You are used to handling sensitive data
• You have a recognized ability to work transversally, to obtain and integrate contributions, to communicate and coordinate between many actors (business, marketing, and information system in particular).
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment serving the business (Being responsive and adapting to change)
• You have a strong sense of commitment and a great team spirit.
• You have a perfect command of French, both written and spoken.
• You use Excel and Microsoft tools (Access, ..)
• You have knowledge of SQL, VBA languages
