Join a dynamic company in the call center sector, where your talent will be at the heart of our success. Based in Rabat, we are looking for a French-speaking Customer Advisor passionate about customer relations and with a strong commercial drive for call reception and upselling.
Your main mission will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience while actively contributing to achieving business objectives. You will be a key player in our customer satisfaction and in developing our revenue through relevant sales.
- Welcome and handle customer requests by phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Analyze customer needs to propose suitable solutions.
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance the customer offer.
- Manage customer complaints effectively and with a strong sense of service.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service quality.
Required profile :
A high school diploma (Bac) is the ideal starting point for this professional adventure. Training or certification in call center professions would be a major asset.
Previous experience is desirable
- Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Keen sense of sales and ability to identify customer needs.
- Responsiveness, organization, and stress resistance.
- Team spirit and willingness to contribute to a common goal.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools.
