Job :
Sector Management
• Define and implement the sector's development strategy.
• Ensure the technical, operational, and economic performance of the farms.
• Monitor key indicators for production, quality, and profitability.
• Provide regular reporting to Management.
Development and Expansion
• Participate in identifying and evaluating opportunities for land development or acquisition of existing farms.
• Participate in the technical and economic studies of growth projects.
• Support the integration of new assets into the sector.
Organization and Management
• Design the target organization needed for the sector's growth.
• Gradually build teams based on the evolution of cultivated areas.
• Supervise, lead, and develop the skills of field and technical teams.
• Implement appropriate management processes and tools.
Technical Excellence and Innovation
• Supervise technical approaches and cultivation practices.
• Maintain constant awareness of new varieties, agronomic innovations, and new production techniques.
• Identify and implement best practices to sustainably improve sector performance.
Budget Management
• Participate in the development and monitoring of operating and investment budgets.
• Contribute to evaluating the profitability of development projects.
Required profile :
Education
• Agronomist Engineer Degree.
Experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Red Fruits sector.
Skills
• Excellent technical mastery of the Red Fruits sector.
• Management and team structuring abilities.
• Good understanding of the economic and financial stakes of a farm.
• Ability to lead development and growth projects.
