Job :
Main logistics and operational responsibilities:
- Transport ecosystem development: Building and managing a strong network of logistics companies, freight carriers, and fleet operators in Morocco.
- Electrification and TCO solutions: Designing electric fleet solutions (including charging and battery swap infrastructure) and conducting analyses of operating costs and total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Transport monitoring and regulation: Continuously monitoring the Moroccan road transport and logistics market, as well as in-depth research on commercial vehicle regulations, import homologation, and current technical standards.
- Pilot projects: Actively participating in the implementation of pilot projects related to electric heavy-duty trucks in Morocco.
- Supply chain partnerships: Developing and managing relationships with local suppliers, distributors, and after-sales service partners.
- Technical and commercial support: Assisting sales teams through technical presentations, customized solutions for logistics operators, and fleet financial analyses.
Required profile :
Key profile and prerequisites:
- Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Transport, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics, commercial vehicles, or supply chain management.
- Market expertise: Strong knowledge of the Moroccan road transport, freight, and logistics market.
- Regulations: Mastery of applicable commercial vehicle regulations, import certifications, and compliance in Morocco.
- Technical skills: Understanding of electric commercial vehicles (NEVs) and strong analytical skills for modeling operating costs (TCO).
- Language skills: Fluent English (French or Arabic preferred; proficiency in Chinese is a strong asset).
- Mobility: Ability to travel frequently throughout Morocco, especially to major logistics and industrial hubs (such as Casablanca, Tangier, Kénitra, Rabat, and Agadir).
