<span></span><p><span>GEC – <b>Global Experts Consulting</b> recrute | Consultant Senior PMO <span>Schéma Directeur des Systèmes d’Information</span> | Casablanca</span><br></p><br><p><span>Dans le cadre de la mise en Åuvre d’un nouveau Schéma Directeur des Systèmes d’Information (SDSI) et du pilotage d’un portefeuille de projets stratégiques, nous recherchons un Consultant Senior PMO SDSI pour accompagner l’un de nos clients du secteur bancaire.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Piloter et assurer le suivi d’un portefeuille de projets stratégiques et tactiques.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Mettre en place et maintenir les tableaux de bord de pilotage et les KPI.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Suivre l’avancement des projets en termes de budget, délais, ressources, risques et points de blocage.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Accompagner les Directeurs de Projet et responsables de livraison dans la planification et le suivi des roadmaps.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Consolider le reporting et garantir une vision transverse de l’avancement du portefeuille.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Préparer les instances de gouvernance : comités de Direction, comités filiales, COPIL et autres instances de pilotage.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Assurer le suivi des décisions, actions et arbitrages issus des différentes instances.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Minimum 6 ans d’expérience en PMO, gestion de programmes ou pilotage de portefeuille de projets.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Expérience confirmée dans le secteur bancaire.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Solide maîtrise du reporting exécutif, des KPI, de la planification et de la gouvernance projet.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement SI complexe et à forte dimension transverse.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Une expérience dans des programmes de transformation SI / SDSI est fortement appréciée.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Une expérience sur des projets internationaux ou multi-filiales constitue un plus.</span><br></p><br><br> </div>
