Job :
Reporting to the Transport Department, your responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail, and the department head's electronic correspondence,
- Managing the department head's schedule, welcoming visitors, and handling phone calls (filtering, appointment setting, etc.),
- Organizing travel for the department head and team members (transport, administrative formalities, accommodation, meals, visas, etc.),
- Preparing bid submission files,
- Collecting and updating data for bid responses (reference certificates, CVs, diplomas, project sheets, etc.),
- Ensuring the preparation of necessary materials for meetings (preparing files, managing invitations, booking rooms, etc.)
Required profile :
- Degree level Bac+3 in secretarial management, management, or administration
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in office tools,
- Strong organizational skills,
- Good writing skills,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,
- Organization, availability, interface management,
- Team spirit
