Job :

Reporting to the Transport Department, your responsibilities include:





  • Managing incoming/outgoing mail, and the department head's electronic correspondence,

  • Managing the department head's schedule, welcoming visitors, and handling phone calls (filtering, appointment setting, etc.),

  • Organizing travel for the department head and team members (transport, administrative formalities, accommodation, meals, visas, etc.),

  • Preparing bid submission files,

  • Collecting and updating data for bid responses (reference certificates, CVs, diplomas, project sheets, etc.),

  • Ensuring the preparation of necessary materials for meetings (preparing files, managing invitations, booking rooms, etc.)


Required profile :

  • Degree level Bac+3 in secretarial management, management, or administration

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in office tools,

  • Strong organizational skills,

  • Good writing skills,

  • Excellent communication skills,

  • Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,

  • Organization, availability, interface management,

  • Team spirit
