Job :
As an Administrative Assistant, your main tasks will be:
- To carry out administrative tasks.
- To ensure the transmission of documents and memos between the Group's companies.
- To prepare, process all mail, correspondence, write reports, and prepare management files.
- To ensure mail is sent.
- To take an active part in monitoring files and projects.
- You will be responsible for respecting the confidentiality of information acquired during your work and for professional secrecy.
- Through your administrative tasks, you will be involved in managing all projects led by the management.
Required profile :
- With a Bac+2/3 education (equivalent to a 2-3 year associate's degree), you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- You have a good presentation and master French both written and spoken.
- You have perfect command of office tools.
- You are highly involved, organized, rigorous, and have a strong sense of confidentiality.
