You will be at the heart of EDI system evolution projects, with a strong focus on piloting, coordination, technical expertise, and MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition).</p><p>Your main missions:</p><p><strong>EDI Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Pilot EDI projects from end to end: technical migrations, integration of new flows, connection openings.</li><li>Coordinate the various stakeholders: business units, IT teams, CIO office, and EDI service providers.</li><li>Manage the service provider: follow-up instances, evolution requests, service quality, and SLA compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>Design & Implementation</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze functional requirements and draft technical specifications.</li><li>Design and implement flow mappings.</li><li>Configure and implement new EDI messages.</li><li>Organize and coordinate testing phases: unit testing, non-regression, and business acceptance testing.</li><li>Pilot production deployments and support change management.</li></ul><p><strong>MCO & L3 Support</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the daily generation and integration of EDI flows.</li><li>Ensure the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the EDI catalog.</li><li>Handle complex incidents and high-impact anomalies.</li><li>Guarantee continuity and quality of service.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>You have significant experience in EDI environments, ideally within Supply Chain / Retail / Large Distribution contexts.</p><p>You master in particular:</p><ul><li>EDIFrance / WebEDI / EDIConnect solutions</li><li>The design and mapping of EDI flows</li><li>The management of technical projects</li><li>Testing and acceptance phases</li><li>MCO and Level 3 support</li><li>The coordination of service providers and business/IT teams</li></ul><p>You are recognized for your rigor, your coordination skills, and your service orientation.
