Job Description We are seeking an independent, knowledgeable, and highly motivated Ligand Binding Assay Scientist (Scientist I) to join the Quantitative Translational and ADME Sciences (QTAS) department at Abbvie Bioresearch Center in Worcester, MA. The LBA Operations Bioanalytical team at ABC QTAS conducts non-regulated, pre-clinical quantitative bioanalysis assays of large molecule therapeutics like monoclonal antibodies (mAb), multi-specific Abs, antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), antibody oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs), and fusion proteins for Pharmacokinetic (PK), Pharmacodynamic (PD) and Toxicokinetic (TK) studies using ligand binding assays to support early development and drug discovery efforts. As a Scientist I, you will be responsible for: 1) Conducting pre-clinical sample analysis using ligand binding assays (MSD, ELISA) manually and using automated liquid handlers 2) Updating sample, protocol, and reagent management systems using electronic tools such as Laboratory Information Management System (rLIMS) and e-notebooks 3) Reporting, discussing, and QC’ing results to project teams which enable pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analysis in support of oncology, immunology, neurology, and other AbbVie therapeutic portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly adaptable scientist with strong attention to details, has the ability to quickly learn new concepts, and a commitment to clear, consistent communication in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Duties & Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze samples by ligand binding assays (PK, PD, TK, ADA) using Meso Scale Discovery platform and colorimetric ELISA or other assay platforms.</li><li>Plan and execute sample analysis based on bioanalytical protocols and in vivo study designs on a variety of biological matrices (tissue lysates, serum, others) from a variety of species (monkey, mouse, rat).</li><li>Analyze pre-clinical in vivo samples based on a dynamically changing operational schedule.</li><li>Interpret, present, and discuss assay results; use results to guide analysis and adjust strategy.</li><li>Perform timely, accurate, and thorough data archiving in ELN and rLIMS.</li><li>Communicate experimental plans and results effectively, both verbally and in writing during regular lab meetings and with broader teams</li><li>Actively support day-to-day laboratory operations.</li><li>Write and update experimental protocols and procedures.</li><li>Independently and efficiently initiate, design, interpret, and troubleshoot operational assays.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or related field with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience or MS in mentioned fields with 2+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>Experience with ligand binding workflow and assay development and troubleshooting is required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated impact as an independent and self-motivated contributor.</li><li>Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment and reagents/material inventories independently.</li><li>Experience with lab automation is desirable.</li><li>Proven independence and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to draft technical reports.</li><li>Proficiency with computers and data analysis/documentation software including Excel, LIMS, and ELN.</li><li>Ability to summarize, communicate, and interpret bioanalytical results.</li><li>Ability and willingness to work effectively in a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.</li></ul> Additional Information Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:  <ul><li>The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this roleat the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on manyfactors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. تقدم AVL Maroc SARL AU وظيفة في المغرب (MA) كمهندس منصة بيانات وDevOpsنحن نبحث عن مهندس منصة بيانات مسؤول عن دعم الإدارة والحوكمة والإدارة التشغيلية لشبكة Databricks. يركز الدور على ضمان استقرار المنصة وأمنها وكفاءتها في التكاليف وتمكين فرق البيانات من خلال عمليات موحدة وأتمتة.مسؤولياتك:إدارة المنصة والحوكمة<ul><li>دعم إدارة بيئات Databricks (DEV، TEST، PROD)</li><li>إدارة وصول المستخدمين والأدوار والصلاحيات</li><li>دعم توفير الهوية عبر Azure AD / AWS IAM</li><li>التعاون مع فرق السحابة بشأن الاتصال والوصول إلى التخزين والمواضيع الأمنية</li></ul>عمليات مساحة العمل والدعم<ul><li>إدارة الوصول إلى دفاتر الملاحظات والوظائف والتجمعات ومستودعات SQL</li><li>دعم تكوين المجموعة وسياسات الاستخدام</li><li>استكشاف مشاكل المنصة والتنسيق مع فرق الدعم</li><li>الحفاظ على الوثائق التشغيلية والإرشادات الداخلية</li></ul>حوكمة البيانات والأمن<ul><li>دعم حوكمة Unity Catalog (الفهارس والمخططات والجداول)</li><li>إدارة ضوابط الوصول وملكية البيانات</li><li>ضمان معايير أمان المنصة وجاهزية التدقيق</li><li>المساهمة في عمليات الامتثال والحوكمة</li></ul>DevOps والأتمتة<ul><li>دعم عمليات CI/CD لنشر Databricks</li><li>المشاركة في مبادرات الأتمتة باستخدام سير عمل يعتمد على Git</li><li>المساهمة في القوالب القياسية وممارسات النشر</li><li>دعم إدارة دورة الحياة عبر البيئات</li></ul>إدارة التكاليف والاستخدام<ul><li>مراقبة استخدام المنصة وتحديد فرص التحسين</li><li>دعم أنشطة تتبع التكاليف والتقارير</li><li>المساهمة في وضع الوسوم وممارسات الحوكمة لتحديد التكاليف</li></ul>الملف المرغوب للمترشح<h2>الملف الشخصي الخاص بك:</h2>التكوين: درجة الماجستير (Bac+5) في علوم الكمبيوتر أو هندسة البرمجيات أو هندسة البيانات أو مجال تقني ذو صلةالخبرة<ul><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 1 سنة كمهندس منصة البيانات</li><li>فهم جيد لمفاهيم CI/CD وتدفقات العمل المعتمدة على Git</li><li>الخبرة في العمل على منصات البيانات السحابية أو بيئات DevOps تعتبر ميزة</li></ul>المهارات التقنية<ul><li>خبرة بإدارة Databricks (إدارة مساحة العمل، إدارة الوصول، التجمعات، Unity Catalog ميزة)</li><li>معرفة بخدمات Azure السحابية (مفضل) أو مقدمي خدمات سحابية آخرين</li><li>إلمام بمفاهيم البنية التحتية ككود (Terraform ميزة)</li><li>معرفة بالبرمجة (Python أو Bash ميزة)</li></ul>الشهادات (لطيف وجودها)<ul><li>شهادات Databricks مثل Databricks Certified Data Engineer، Databricks Platform Administrator</li><li>شهادات سحابية مثل Azure Data Engineer، AWS Solutions Architect، أو ما يعادلها</li></ul>اللغات والمهارات اللينة<ul><li>مهارات تواصل قوية بالإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثا)</li><li>مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات جيدة</li><li>القدرة على العمل في بيئة تعاونية ودولية</li><li>ذهنية استباقية وطريقة عمل منظمة</li></ul>الملف التقني:<ul><li>- خبرة Databricks: خبرة عميقة مع Unity Catalog وAccount Console وAdministration Workspace</li><li>- IaC والأتمة: إجادة Terraform؛ خبرة مع Databricks CLI وAsset Bundles وREST API</li><li>- البنية التحتية السحابية: معرفة قوية بـ Azure (المفضل) أو AWS/GCP في الشبكات والأمن</li><li>- أدوات CI/CD: خبرة مثبتة مع GitHub Actions، Azure DevOps، أو GitLab CI</li><li>- البرمجة: متمكن في Python و Bash لأتمتة المنصة</li></ul>

Your mission will consist of designing, developing, and maintaining security-related automation solutions. You will integrate security practices into CI/CD (DevSecOps) processes, participate in the continuous improvement of application and infrastructure security, automate security checks, and contribute to the implementation of best practices. For a Lead role: you will champion technical topics, support teams, and proactively propose solutions to various stakeholders.Qualifications: Experience in development and/or SecOps/DevSecOps. Strong understanding of Cloud and CI/CD environments. Knowledge of scripting and automation. Awareness of cybersecurity and application security issues.
