Innovation and organizational aspects, while more moderate, contribute to agility, structure and operational efficiency. </p><br><br> <br> Job : <p>• Ensure the monitoring and management of the financial performance of General Expenses and After-Sales (APV) activities.</p><br><br><p>• Analyze discrepancies between actual results, budget, and objectives, and propose corrective actions.<br>• Monitor operating expenses, fixed and variable costs, and their evolution.<br>• Analyze the profitability of APV activities: labor, spare parts, bodywork, mechanics, etc.<br>• Track the main KPIs of APV activity and contribute to improving operational performance.<br>• Control general expenses commitments and spending, and ensure compliance with budgets.<br>• Produce periodic reports for management and the General Management.<br>• Support operational teams in analyzing their results and implementing action plans.<br>• Participate in improving and ensuring the reliability of management data and control processes.<br>• Contribute to the digitalization of management tools and the automation of reporting.<br>&nbsp;</p><br><br> <br> <br> Required profile : <p><br>• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Audit, or equivalent.<br>• Proven experience in management control, ideally in automotive distribution.<br>• Good command of financial analysis and performance management.<br>• Strong command of Excel and reporting/BI tools.<br>• Rigor, analytical skills, autonomy, and ability to work with operational teams.<br>• Experience in After-Sales and/or General Expenses is a real asset.<br>&nbsp;</p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
