With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.</p><br><br>À propos du rôle<span>Vos principales activités</span><ul><li><span>Faciliter et animer les cérémonies Scrum : Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective et ateliers d'affinage du backlog.</span></li><li><span>Accompagner l'équipe de développement dans l'adoption et l'application des principes Agile et du cadre Scrum afin de maximiser la valeur délivrée.</span></li><li><span>Identifier, analyser et contribuer à la résolution des obstacles susceptibles d'impacter la performance, la qualité ou les délais de réalisation.</span></li><li><span>Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif basé sur la confiance, la responsabilisation, la communication et la transparence.</span></li><li><span>Accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes sur la méthode Agile et les bonnes pratiques d'amélioration continue.</span></li><li><span>Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance de l'équipe (vélocité, capacité, qualité, respect des engagements..)et proposer des actions d'amélioration adaptées.</span></li><li><span>Veiller à la bonne utilisation des outils de gestion Agile (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence ou équivalents) et à la qualité des informations de suivi.</span></li><li><span>Collaborer étroitement avec le Product Owner pour assurer une gestion efficace du backlog produit, sa priorisation et sa bonne compréhension par l'équipe.</span></li><li><span>Produire et communiquer les reportings d'avancement, les indicateurs de performance et les alertes nécessaires auprès des parties prenantes et du management.</span></li></ul><br>À propos de vous<br><p><span>Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie de Scrum, Kanban et autres cadres agiles, complétée par une expérience des méthodologies telles que Scrum , SAFe et LeSS.
