<br> Job : <p> Reporting to the INDUSTRIAL DIRECTOR, you will be responsible for all maintenance activities for site utilities (WTP and scrap preparation equipment) and machinery, as well as internal logistics. </p><br><br> <p> In this role, your missions will be: </p><br><br> <p> • Plan, organize, direct, and control the maintenance activities for site utilities (WTP and scrap preparation equipment) and machinery, as well as internal logistics, while ensuring compliance with performance objectives and quality, safety & health, environmental, and energy requirements, as well as all regulatory and standard requirements associated with the products. </p><br><br> <p> • Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSE) rules;<br> • Ensure the availability and conformity of all safety equipment for the individual and collective protection of employees and machines;<br> • Implement and monitor the internal logistics performance policy for the site;<br> • Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the various equipment and materials;<br> • React in case of malfunctions of installations or equipment (Machinery and scrap preparation equipment) and resolve problems quickly;<br> • Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of spare parts and maintenance tools;<br> • Monitor interventions carried out, propose improvements to the performance of machines and installations in terms of costs and utilization rates;<br> • Manage the maintenance budget for site utilities and machinery;<br> • Ensure technological watch and technical document management;<br> • Negotiate and manage investment projects and new works;<br> • Promote the involvement and participation of team members in achieving group objectives;<br> • Develop an adapted evolution strategy;<br> • Manage pressure and teams under responsibility for the operationalization of the strategy;<br> • Ensure that no malfunction disrupts the production tool;<br> • Evaluate employee performance;<br> • Assess employee skills and versatility;<br> • Conduct training and experience-sharing sessions;<br> • Request continuous training from HR for different disciplines;<br> • Identify and request technical resources needed to achieve the objectives of the utilities and machinery department. </p><br><br> <br> <br> Required profile : <p> Mechanical Engineer with a specialized master's degree in logistics: </p><br><br> <p> • Master the industrial process and the main technologies of each entity;<br> • Design and improve maintenance procedures;<br> • Develop a preventive maintenance schedule: anticipate, plan, and manage priorities;<br> • Ensure the safety of interventions and systems (compliance) and facilitate equipment interventions;<br> • Apply and enforce technical and regulatory requirements;<br> • Master CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System);<br> • Master industrial logistics;<br> • Master IMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001) </p><br><br> <p> Behavioral Skills<br> </p><br><br> <p> • Rigor;<br> • Communication;<br> • Management skills;<br> • Team spirit;<br> • Responsiveness.<br> </p><br><br> <p> Management Skills<br> </p><br><br> <p> • Ability to demonstrate leadership;<br> • Ability to drive change;<br> • Ability to empower and delegate;<br> • Ability to foster skill development;<br> • Ability to anticipate and resolve conflicts;<br> • Ability to organize, manage, and lead activities. </p><br><br> <br> <br><br> </div>
