<br> Job : <br><ul><li>Assign to validation engineers Test norm, Catnet, PLM, and JIRA task: Interface with TPM/ITPL for vehicle/part orders, especially during project start-up.<br>- Collaborate/Support on test list creation and revision with the team (test engineer and service design)</li><li>Ensure the program performance engineers meet all milestone deliverables: PIV creation: based on vehicle ordered , vehicles phases and scopesheet of functionalities<br>PIV sharing with key stakholders outside ICAS org.<br>Ensure PIV respects milestone and KPI, monitoring execution and progress</li><li>Review all slides and presentations of program /project: -Update validation results in ICAS decks and KPI dashboards.<br>-Review and approve slides and for program/project updates</li><li>Collect & study all requirements for project: Collect and analyze all project requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage</li><li>Define detailed validation project/program plan:Estimate FTE and means required for validation activities and critical path</li><li>Support PE into Issue triage meetings and Issue escalation meetings: Lead progress meetings with SSTM, PM CCVP, CX, and vehicle teams<br>- Facilitate technical discussions and problem resolution across teams.<br>- Participate in issue triage and escalation meetings<br>-Collaborate/Support on test list creation and revision with the team (test engineer and service design)<br>- Join into technical and management meeting where ICAS deliverables are discussed</li></ul><p>Report to top management progreams /projects results and KPI</p><br><br><p>: -Build KPI deck with all info and ICAS standards<br>- Provide weekly/daily progress reports on validation activities</p><br><br> <br> Required profile : <p><strong>Profile:</strong> Master's degree (Bac+5)</p><br><br><p><strong>Experience</strong>: 1 to 2 years</p><br><br><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><br><br><p>Good knowledge of validation processes and tools (Test Norm, Catnet, PLM, JIRA).<br>Ability to analyze requirements and define test plans.<br>Leadership and team coordination skills.<br>Experience in planning and monitoring KPIs.<br>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<br>Problem-solving and critical thinking.<br>English<br>Experience in project cost forecasting<br>JIRA<br>PLM</p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
