<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job : <p>We are looking to hire an ERP Project Manager Sage FRP 1000 &amp; Sage Payroll for one of our clients based in Casablanca.</p><br><br><p>The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:</p><br><br><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong><br><u>Support &amp; Operations</u><br>• Provide functional and technical support to users (level 2/3)<br>• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Sage FRP 1000 and Sage Payroll ERPs<br>• Track and prioritize user tickets<br>• Ensure service continuity and quality of processing<br><u>Project Management</u><br>• Lead ERP system evolution projects<br>• Gather and analyze business needs<br>• Write specifications and functional specifications<br>• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (publishers, integrators)<br>• Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables<br><u>Continuous Improvement</u><br>• Propose optimizations for business processes<br>• Participate in the digitalization of workflows<br>• Implement performance indicators (KPIs)<br><u>Data &amp; technical</u><br>• Use and query databases (SQL)<br>• Produce queries, reports, and extractions<br>• Ensure data quality and consistency</p><br><br> <br> Required profile : <p><u>Education</u><br>• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, information systems, or equivalent<br><u>Experience</u><br>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role<br>• Significant experience with:<br>o Sage FRP 1000<br>o Sage Payroll<br><u>Technical Skills</u><br>• Mastery of Sage ERPs (FRP 1000 &amp; Payroll)<br>• Very good mastery of SQL (queries, data analysis)<br>• Good understanding of IS environments (architecture, databases)<br>• Knowledge of business processes (finance, HR) highly appreciated<br><u>Behavioral Skills</u><br>• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation<br>• Analytical and problem-solving skills<br>• Organization and prioritization skills<br>• Team spirit and autonomy<br>• Good communication skills<br><u>Additional Assets</u><br>• Change management experience<br>• Knowledge of BI or reporting tools<br>• Experience in a multi-site environment</p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
