Endeavor Catalyst, Khwarizmi Ventures, Oraseya Capital, Flyer One Ventures, Access Bridge Ventures, A15, Swiss Founders Fund and Plug & Play.<br> About the Role: This role is ideal for someone with 2-3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or employee lifecycle management, who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys solving operational and people-related challenges across multiple jurisdictions.<br> We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to navigate employment operations with confidence.<br> You should be comfortable supporting existing employees, managing employee requests and documentation, coordinating contract-related changes, and communicating with employees and internal stakeholders across different countries and time zones.<br> Experience working with at least one GCC country is highly preferred.<br> The ability to read Arabic is required, while strong Arabic communication skills would be an advantage.<br> At RemotePass, no two days are the same.<br> We value ownership, adaptability, and people who genuinely care about delivering an exceptional employee experience while helping companies hire and manage talent globally.<br> If you enjoy working at the intersection of operations, compliance, and employee experience, and want to be part of a company shaping the future of global work, we’d love to hear from you.<br> Responsibilities: Employee Support & Lifecycle Management Act as a primary point of contact for existing employees, responding to day-to-day HR and employment-related queries through the ticketing system.<br> Support employees with requests related to their employment throughout the employee lifecycle.<br> Manage and coordinate expense-related requests, ensuring they are reviewed and processed accurately and in line with applicable policies.<br> Handle document requests, ensuring employees receive the required employment and HR documentation in a timely manner.<br> Coordinate and process contract amendments, working closely with relevant internal teams where required.<br> Support contract renewals, ensuring all required actions and documentation are completed within the appropriate timelines.<br> Escalate medium- and high-complexity issues to the appropriate internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal, etc.<br>) when needed.<br> Maintain strong, professional communication with employees and ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.<br> Administration & Organization Manage open tickets, ensuring timely responses, accurate prioritization, and appropriate follow-up.<br> Keep employee records and documentation up to date across relevant HRIS and internal systems.<br> Ensure employee documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable local requirements.<br> Support the organization and maintenance of internal documentation and knowledge resources under the guidance of the EX Manager.<br> Process Support & Continuous Improvement Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and process execution to ensure smooth Employee Experience team workflows.<br> Identify recurring employee queries and operational trends and provide input on improving processes, policies, and documentation.<br> Support EX team projects and initiatives as needed.<br> Contribute to improving the overall employee experience by identifying opportunities to simplify and streamline processes.<br> Team Alignment & Growth Collaborate closely with the Employee Experience team on daily operations, employee requests, and team projects.<br> Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.<br> Take ownership of assigned tasks and cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective follow-up.<br> Receive ongoing mentorship and training to grow in scope and responsibility.<br> 2-3+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or employee lifecycle management.<br> Experience working with at least one GCC country is highly preferred.<br> Familiarity with employment operations, HR processes, and employee documentation in international contexts.<br> Ability to read Arabic is required; Arabic communication skills are a strong advantage.<br> Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.<br> Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.<br> Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<br> Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple employee requests simultaneously.<br> Proficiency in using HRIS, ticketing systems, and other HR/collaboration tools.<br> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and across different time zones.<br> A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in people operations and employee experience.<br></span> </div>
