<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>Le Responsable Suivi Travaux Tertiaire assure le pilotage, la coordination et le suivi de l'exécution des travaux d'aménagement de locaux professionnels (bureaux, sièges sociaux, commerces, espaces de coworking, établissements recevant du public, etc.<br>). Il garantit la réalisation des projets dans le respect des engagements contractuels, des exigences de qualité, des délais, des coûts et des normes de sécurité.<br> Interlocuteur privilégié du client pendant la phase travaux, il coordonne les équipes internes, les sous-traitants et les bureaux d'études afin d'assurer la bonne exécution des projets de conception-réalisation (Design &amp; Build).<br> Principales missions1.<br> Pilotage des travaux Planifier et organiser les travaux conformément au planning contractuel.<br> Superviser les différentes phases d'exécution des projets.<br> Assurer le suivi quotidien des chantiers.<br> Contrôler l'avancement des travaux et proposer des actions correctives en cas de dérive.<br> Garantir le respect des engagements en matière de qualité, coûts et délais.<br> 2. Coordination des intervenants Coordonner les équipes internes (études, achats, logistique, HSE).<br> Piloter les entreprises sous-traitantes.<br> Assurer la coordination entre les différents corps d'état : Cloisons et faux plafonds Menuiserie Revêtements Peinture Mobilier Électricité CFO/CFA CVC Plomberie Protection incendie Audiovisuel Signalétique Organiser les réunions de chantier.<br> Rédiger les comptes rendus et assurer le suivi des actions.<br> 3. Gestion de la relation client Être l'interlocuteur principal du client pendant la phase travaux.<br> Participer aux réunions d'avancement.<br> Informer régulièrement le client de l'évolution du chantier.<br> Gérer les demandes de modifications (TMA) et leurs impacts sur les coûts et délais.<br> Veiller à la satisfaction du client jusqu'à la réception définitive.<br> 4. Suivi technique Vérifier la conformité des travaux aux plans et aux spécifications techniques.<br> Contrôler la qualité des matériaux et des ouvrages réalisés.<br> Veiller au respect des normes marocaines et des réglementations applicables.<br> Valider les ouvrages avant réception.<br> 5. Gestion financière Suivre le budget d'exécution.<br> Contrôler les consommations et les coûts des travaux.<br> Valider les situations des sous-traitants.<br> Identifier les risques de dépassement budgétaire.<br> Participer à la gestion des travaux supplémentaires et des avenants.<br> 6. Sécurité et conformité Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et d'environnement.<br> S'assurer de la mise en œuvre des plans de prévention.<br> Contrôler le respect des procédures HSE sur les chantiers.<br> Signaler toute situation à risque.<br> 7. Réception des travaux Organiser les opérations préalables à la réception.<br> Établir les listes de réserves.<br> Assurer le suivi de leur levée.<br> Constituer les DOE (Dossiers des Ouvrages Exécutés).<br> Organiser la réception définitive des ouvrages.<br> Responsabilités Le Responsable Suivi Travaux est responsable de : La bonne exécution technique des travaux.<br> La satisfaction du client.<br> Le respect des délais contractuels.<br> Le respect du budget alloué.<br> La qualité des ouvrages livrés.<br> La coordination des sous-traitants.<br> L'application des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers.<br> Profil recherchéFormation Diplôme d'Ingénieur en Génie Civil, Bâtiment ou Travaux Publics, ou Diplôme d'Architecte reconnu.<br> Expérience Minimum 8 années d'expérience dans la conduite et le suivi de travaux.<br> Expérience confirmée dans l'aménagement tertiaire et les projets de Design &amp; Build .<br> Expérience chez un contractant général, une entreprise générale du bâtiment ou une société spécialisée en aménagement intérieur.<br> Expérience dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets.<br></span> </div>

Follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures (e.g., blind drops). Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies, obtaining change required for expected business level, and keeping bank secure at all times. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Transport bank to/from assigned workstation. Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; and maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times. Complete opening duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, including bank, and ensuring everything is in working order.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
