<br> Job : <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Drive quality convergence plans to achieve customer quality targets.</li><li>Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, warranty claims, failure rates, and warranty costs.</li><li>Lead quality issue resolution by coordinating Engineering, Plants, Suppliers, and Quality teams.</li><li>Manage Engineering Quality Issues (QIT) and ensure proper tracking in GIM/PLM.</li><li>Support problem-solving activities with quality data, reports, and methodologies.</li><li>Ensure production non-conformities are addressed by plant quality teams.</li><li>Prepare quality reviews and represent quality status in customer and management meetings.</li><li>Assess risks related to safety alerts and support field actions or service campaigns.</li><li>Capitalize on lessons learned and ensure their integration into future projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Main Objectives</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Achieve customer quality targets and warranty objectives.</li><li>Improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Define corrective actions and technical solutions for field quality issues.</li><li>Act as the key quality representative between Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Aftersales, and Customer Experience teams</li></ul> <br> Required profile : <ul><li>Master's degree in Industrial Engineering ;</li><li>2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role </li><li>Problem solving skills, quality process, product design (system, architecture), industrial skills, project work, cooperation context control </li></ul><p><strong>Managerial skills: </strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Ability to convince, communicate, manage the handling of quality issues </li><li>Ability to analyze risks and their consequences </li><li>Ability to mobilize and lead transversal teams </li><li>Autonomy and flexibility to learn new toolings and procedure </li><li>Rigourness ability</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
