You will coordinate testing activities across your scope to achieve high-quality, compliant products aligned with specifications and user requirements. You will be the guardian of the testing strategy, defining and maintaining it within your perimeter.</p><br><br><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><br><p><strong>Strategy & Risk Management:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Identify project risks and oversee their mitigation.</li><li>Define testing priorities and scope based on project stakes.</li><li>Establish testing modalities, prerequisites, and entry/exit criteria for testing levels.</li><li>Coordinate test environments, platforms, and tools to ensure smooth testing operations.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Test Planning & Execution:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Organize and lead testing activities, including designing and executing tests.</li><li>Evaluate product quality and close testing phases, ensuring anomalies are addressed.</li><li>Specify testing conditions, procedures, and assess automation opportunities.</li><li>Develop and maintain automated tests in accordance with standards.</li><li>Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and identify deviations.</li><li>Document test reports, including test summaries, defect reports, and qualification reports.</li><li>Monitor and analyze testing KPIs and software quality metrics.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Leadership & Continuous Improvement:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Mentor and support Test Engineers in their daily activities and skill development.</li><li>Lead process improvements by facilitating a chapter within the Agile Tribe.</li><li>Contribute to the enrichment of testing repositories and best practices.</li></ul> <br> Required profile : <p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Education: Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science or related fields.</li><li>Experience: Proven experience in testing within Agile environments; familiarity with testing methodologies, processes, and tools.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Rigorous and detail-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.</li><li>Knowledge of IT fundamentals, scripting, and automation tools.</li><li>Language: Fluent in English.<br> </li></ul><p><strong>Must Have Skills & Certifications</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Proven experience with Ray, Selenium, Web Services API testing</li><li>Strong knowledge of Java, Git, and SOAP UI</li><li>ISTQB certification is mandatory</li><li>Experience in testing enterprise applications, preferably within Agile environments</li><li>Ability to specify and execute both manual and automated tests</li></ul><br><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Knowledge of TCO Mainframe testing</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
