<p><strong>1. Structuring and Execution</strong></p>

Develop a promotion plan for the EFEM application with identified partners from the PLF team, schedule appointments, and conduct post-presentation follow-ups.</li><li><strong>CRMEF Trainer Training:</strong> According to decisions made with the CNP and the R Inspector, organize the logistics for R Inspector expertise missions in Morocco. Monitor the development and dissemination of various reports by R Inspectors. Monitor, liaising with preschool foundations and CDLs, positioning tests for targeted trainers/SEPs and educators (Souss Massa). Support preschool foundations in establishing a level mapping, in coordination with IFM experts. Monitor the development of the "French learning in the classroom" module: organize and follow meetings with experts, follow up, and draft meeting minutes.</li><li><strong>Support for Structuring the Network of "Second Chance" Schools:</strong> Collect data. Certifications / Language training. Monitor pedagogical support actions with GREF and RAE2C. Organize inspector mobility (subject to validation).
