<span><br>JOB SUMMARY<br>Functions as the strategic business leader of the property's Hotel Operations. <br>The role will provide executive oversight of the Rooms, Food & Beverage, and culinary divisions, ensuring operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and the continued delivery of Ritz-Carlton standards across the resort.<br>Position works with direct reports (department heads) to develop and implement departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. You lead cross-Operations planning processes, including annual PLAN and LRP, by partnering with AI Directors and AI Engineers to intake, scope, and prioritize new use cases. The role serves as a key interface to the Enterprise AI SteerCo and provides updates to senior leadership forums, including the Operations SLT and Operations AI SteerCo.
