About the Associate / Senior Associate role Our Associates/Senior Associates are young professionals (1-6 years of experience) passionate about development challenges and causal impact. The Associate / Senior Associate role is an execution role on our research projects, under the supervision of a Manager, Project Director, and a technical team lead. Responsibilities are rich and varied, including preparing research plans, conducting advanced statistical and econometric analysis, coordinating fieldwork, and presenting our work to partners (governments, NGOs, technical and financial partners). <p>We are seeking a skilled Test and Validation Engineer to join our team, focusing on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for embedded systems within the automotive sector. AH-64E Helicopter Instructor / Operator (LCT): Rabat, Morocco V2X GTS has a requirement for an Instructor / Operator (IO) in support of the Morocco Military in Rabat, Morocco (Royal Moroccan Air Base). The Instructor & Operator (I/O) provides support, services and TADSS oversight required under W-TRS TDL 055 and reports directly to the in-country V2X-GTS Program Manager. These activities, carried out by waste pickers operating outside the formal system, are often conducted in precarious and unsanitary conditions, contributing to the spread of illegal dumping sites across the city, affecting living conditions, urban attractiveness, and public health.</p><br> <p>Through an inclusive and structured approach, the project foresees the integration of waste pickers into formal cooperatives, ensuring respect for their dignity, access to stable income, social protection, and training programs that support their long-term inclusion and future prospects.</p><br> <p>The innovative nature of this initiative lies in its ability to professionalize the sector while placing waste pickers at the center of the operational system. By becoming managers of collection and sorting points, they are recognized as strategic partners in urban cleanliness and recycling, actively contributing to citizen awareness and the promotion of waste sorting at source.</p><br> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><br> <p>The Project Coordinator will perform the following functions:</p><br> <p><strong>A. Professional training in a health field (MD, PharmD, etc.) is a plus</li><li>Preferred: PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or (pharmaco)epidemiology or any other related field with 3 years of relevant experience. Clinical research experience strongly recommended; within pharmaceutical industry preferred. Experience leading complex products and/or clinical development in support of pipeline development and on-market product</li><li>Typically 3+ years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, academia or other health-related consulting company plus having expert knowledge in a relevant therapeutic specialty</li><li>Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment. Ability to interact externally and internally to support global business strategy.</li><li>The Director must perform at times in previously uncharted territory with few, if any, established guidelines or procedures. At other times, exceedingly complex governmental rules and regulations must be followed. For problems surrounded by complex rules and regulations, the Director must be able to direct compliance knowledgeably and expeditiously.</li><li>Must be able to develop creative and effective solutions to inter- and intra-project priority conflicts, resource constraints and other problems which may impact project or group goals and deliverables across multiple programs.</li><li>High goal-orientation with the ability to see solutions rather than problems as projects encounter the inevitable ups and downs associated with new drug development or on-market product support.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of the global regulatory, HTA and PR&A landscape, as well as understanding of other development-related functions as they relate to all phases of drug development.</li><li>Skills to perform the dual roles of leading a cross functional team and managing scientific personnel in clinical research. Must be able to interact successfully with Senior Management globally (Executive staff, Area VPs, GMs etc.) and act as the HEOR project/group champion and spokesperson.
