<br> Job : <p><u><strong>JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY:</strong></u></p><br><br><ul><li>Within the Inter-Regional Flow team, the intercontinental flow launch coordinator ensures the readiness and launch of supply flows for:</li><li>New parts delivered to MEA plants from other regions (EE, CN, IAP) and from within MEA.</li><li>Lead the industrialization of intercontinental supply flows, aligned with project milestones, to secure successful production launches.</li><li>Act as the main project contact for all intercontinental logistics flow topics.</li><li>Maintain the business reference framework and support pre-project studies to define operational requirements.</li><li>Conduct optimisation studies and identify productivity improvement opportunities.</li></ul><p><u><strong>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></u></p><br><br><ul><li>Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders involved in flow launches, including BOM Managers, Purchasing, Packaging, Transport, Manufacturing and Engineering.</li><li>Secure the required inputs to deliver expected project outputs.</li><li>Maintain accurate project data by tracking changes to references, sourcing and related updates.</li><li>Coordinate service centre teams and prioritise their workload.</li><li>Notify project teams of schedule risks and record any required escalations.</li><li>Prepare an operational workload plan for each project and monitor its execution.</li><li>Map and review processes, then recommend improvements or task transfers to the service centre.</li><li>Review logistics cost breakdowns and identify optimisation opportunities.</li><li>Propose innovative solutions to improve supply chain performance or address crisis situations.</li><li>Keep project schedules on track while managing changes.</li><li>Provide solutions to recurring changes in scope or context to prevent extra costs.</li><li>Monitor and improve flow launch process performance.</li><li>Escalate key risks when required.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of the flow launch process.</li><li>Lead complex optimisation initiatives.</li></ul><p><u>Other:</u></p><br><br><ul><li>Request new routes and rate proposals from Global Purchasing.</li><li>Work with Global and Regional teams on new transport, warehousing and packaging projects.</li></ul> <br> Required profile : <p><u>The role requires:</u></p><br><br><ul><li>A structured and disciplined approach to work.</li><li>Broad knowledge of Logistics, Packaging, Transport, Manufacturing and Bill of Materials.</li><li>Read-only access to relevant applications.</li><li>The ability to analyse processes effectively.</li><li>The ability to use AI tools to support data analysis, process improvement and decision-making.</li><li>An understanding of responsible AI use, including data quality, confidentiality and human validation of outputs.</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
