Become a part of the “strength within.”</span></p><br><p><span>Hexcel is currently seeking a <b>Production Engineer </b>for our <b>Casablanca, Morocco</b> location.</span></p><br><p><b><span>The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:</span></b></p><br><ul><li><span>Ensure the achievement of production targets related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost in alignment with plant objectives.</span></li><li><span>Promote and reinforce a strong EHS culture through active participation in safety initiatives, risk assessments, training programs, and corrective actions.</span></li><li><span>Plan and manage workforce requirements by identifying staffing needs, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating training and development plans.</span></li><li><span>Lead daily production activities to ensure efficient resource utilization, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.</span></li><li><span>Establish, monitor, and drive annual production objectives and KPIs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented when targets are not achieved.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate problem-solving activities and continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and other operational excellence tools.</span></li><li><span>Implement and sustain operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, increase efficiency, reduce inventory levels, and minimize operating costs.</span></li><li><span>Develop, standardize, and maintain production procedures, training materials, and best practices to ensure process consistency and workforce capability.</span></li><li><span>Coach, develop, and motivate team members while supporting succession planning, talent development, and employee retention initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with quality management systems, company policies, legal requirements, and applicable industry standards while supporting audits and continuous improvement efforts.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><br><ul><li>Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial operations, or a related environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of production management, manufacturing processes, and operational performance improvement.</li><li>Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.</li><li>Good understanding of quality management systems and industry standards (ISO, AS9100, customer-specific requirements, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) regulations and best practices within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience with production planning, capacity management, workforce planning, and inventory optimization.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, coaching, communication, and team-development capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to analyze production data and performance indicators.</li></ul><p><span>Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
