<li><span><strong>Route to Market:</strong> Coordinate with the RTM Manager and direct the distributor and local regional team to ensure JTI brands are effectively and efficiently distributed and available in line with agreed KPIs, including coverage, range depth, drop size, numeric and weighted distribution, and call frequency. Identify and address opportunities to develop JTI brand performance in close coordination with Marketing. Conduct ongoing analysis of program and activation feedback to contribute to timely and high-quality decision-making in alignment with management. Ensure distribution expansion to unlock the full potential of the market. </span></li>

<li><span><strong>Route to Consumer:</strong> Coordinate with the Sales Director and Marketing team on the development, planning, and execution of consumer programs and activities. Propose new concepts and approaches for consumer activations and, in coordination with Marketing, select consumer and customer giveaways and promotional materials. Manage 1-2-1 agencies to ensure optimal execution, compliance with JTI standards, and adherence to the regulatory and legislative environment of the markets. Drive Brand Cycle visibility campaigns in close coordination with the Marketing team, propose new visibility tools and elements while ensuring compliance with Global Marketing Standards and local regulations.</span></li>

<li><span><strong>Reporting & Market Intelligence:</strong> Provide the Sales Director with daily and weekly updates on sales and market evolution, as well as monthly sales and market situation analysis reports. <li>Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is a plus.</li>
<li><span>At least 8 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, Channel management, Trade marketing, distributor management and the implementation of consumer and customer Programs. Experience in West Africa is a high plus. </span></li>
<li><span>Fluent in French & English. </span></li>
<li><span>Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. </span></li>

<p>RPID is responsible for piloting and/or carrying out development, industrialization, and transfer of activities for industrial projects entrusted to it. It guarantees compliance with Quality, Cost, Deadlines, Safety, and Environment (QCDS) objectives while ensuring transverse coordination and animation of internal and external stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Main Missions</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Definition and piloting of industrial strategy:</strong> Propose, validate, and deploy the industrial scheme (Make or Buy). Participate in supplier selection, consistent with Program requirements and industrial strategy.</li><li><strong>Risk management and planning:</strong> Establish and manage risks from the MER1 phase. Establish the overall project schedule (development, industrialization, procurement) and ensure rigorous monitoring.</li><li><strong>Cost control:</strong> Establish the system budget by consolidating and challenging contributors. Validate and deploy QCDRS (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Safety, Robustness) requirements. Maintain the Permanent Budget (DP) for costs and quality, and validate the Product Recurring Cost (CCR). Pilot the Termination Industrialization Cost (CAT).</li><li><strong>Product development and industrialization:</strong> Contribute to the development logic (LDEV) and validate it. Implement and pilot the industrialization plan, procurement of prototypes and pre-series equipment, as well as the production plan. Participate in the Target Cost Design (CCxO) approach. Ensure the integration of industrial constraints (manufacturability, processes, means). Ensure the consideration of feedback (RETEX). Participate in work for product and process maturity (product/process FMEA, determination of KCs, robustness).</li><li><strong>Document management and validation:</strong> Constitute and manage the evolution of the Manufacturing and Control File (DFC), Industrial Validation File (DVI / PPAP), and maintenance file, consistent with the definition file. Pilot the industrial validation process and validate or reject industrialization reviews. Position for the Industrialization Department (DI) during MER reviews.</li><li><strong>Industrial means:</strong> Acquire and commission industrial means adapted to the projects.</li><li><strong>Management and communication:</strong> Pilot and animate the project team and transverse animation with multiple stakeholders (Supply chain, Quality, Production, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, DT, Program, CEI France, customers, suppliers).
