À propos du rôleThe ‘Data Product Owner – Billing Accounts’ supports the Head of Master & Referential Data in defining, delivering and managing a global solution for managing the lifecycle of customers’ billing account data, including data definition, processes, data quality and referential system roadmap. This role is part of a small core team responsible for the Customer Master Data at the heart of the Orange Business digital customer & employee journey strategy, and will work in close collaboration with the other data product owners to share expertise and ensure alignment. <h3>Job Description</h3>The AI Development Engineer is the field technical expert ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions for clients. A true bridge between the product/R&D teams and the end customer, they ensure the operational implementation of AI architectures (LLM, RAG, chatbots, automation, etc.) while guaranteeing their seamless integration within the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the client's existing development practices. Your main responsibilities will be:<h3>Technical Deployment and Integration:</h3>Install and configure AI solutions and pipelines in client environments (cloud, on-premises, or hybrid). Connect AI models to existing information systems (APIs, relational and vector databases, ERP, CRM). Implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation workflows. The ECA Office for North Africa is located in Rabat, Morocco, and serves seven member states: Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Sudan, and Tunisia. The main objective is to contribute to achieving structural transformation and balanced development through implementation of an environment conducive to the creation of employment for women and young people in North Africa. Context Many African Governments are facing challenges in implementing effective public debt management practices and fiscal policies aligned with national development priorities, and macro-fiscal sustainability remains a concern. African countries are facing rising debt and debt service burdens, exacerbated by protracted crises and global macroeconomic uncertainty. Public budgets struggle to cover essential expenditure on social services and to meet commitments to climate action.
