<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Contexte : Dans le cadre du renforcement de l’équipe de développement DATA&IA, nous recherchons pour notre client un consultant pour participer à la conception, au développement et à l’industrialisation de solutions Data, BI et Intelligence Artificielle, afin de valoriser les données de l’entreprise et accompagner sa transformation digitale. <ul><li>Durée : 110 JH  renouvelables </li><li>Démarrage : ASAP</li><li>Localisation : Casablanca, Maroc</li></ul>Missions principales : <ul><li>Gérer le cycle de vie des données : extraction, transformation, chargement et valorisation via pipelines et tableaux de bord</li><li>Développer et maintenir des flux ETL (Talend Open Studio, Python) et orchestrer les workflows avec Apache Airflow</li><li>Concevoir et déployer des tableaux de bord interactifs avec Qlik Sense</li><li>Utiliser Python pour automatiser les traitements et réaliser des analyses avancées</li><li>Concevoir, entraîner et optimiser des modèles IA (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision)</li><li>Industrialiser les solutions IA (socle technique, intégration dans les applications existantes)</li><li>Définir et implémenter des architectures IA robustes et scalables (API, microservices, MLOps)</li><li>Nettoyer, transformer et garantir la qualité des datasets pour l’entraînement des modèles</li><li>Collaborer avec les équipes métiers, Data et Dev pour assurer la mise en production</li><li>Assurer une veille technologique pour enrichir le socle technique</li></ul>Activités complémentaires : <ul><li>Assister aux ateliers de cadrage technique et fonctionnel</li><li>Communiquer avec les parties prenantes des projets</li></ul>Compétences techniques requises : <ul><li>ETL : Talend Open Studio, Python, Apache Airflow</li><li>BI : Qlik Sense</li><li>Python : automatisation, analyse, développement IA (Pandas, NumPy)</li><li>Frameworks IA : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn</li><li>Industrialisation IA : socle technique, intégration, MLOps</li><li>Gouvernance et qualité des données</li><li>Capacité à transformer les besoins métiers en solutions Data & IA performantes</li></ul>Compétences comportementales : <ul><li>Travail collaboratif avec développeurs et équipes techniques</li><li>Fort engagement et disponibilité</li></ul> </div>

Job Description Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) consultant(e) en intelligence artificielle dynamique, animé(e) par l’innovation et désireux(se) de relever des challenges techniques stimulants. Le profil attendu possède une expérience dans la conception, le développement ainsi que la validation de solutions d’IA, avec de solides compétences en programmation et une attention particulière portée aux enjeux éthiques.
