<p>Supervises the daily operations of the Spa and ensures the smooth running of the department. Ensures the quality of services and compliance with the establishment's service standards. Welcomes clients and ensures their satisfaction throughout their Spa experience. Coordinates the daily activities of the team and ensures efficient organization of operations. Monitors compliance with care protocols, internal procedures, and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards. Manages reservations and ensures optimal occupancy of treatment rooms and Spa facilities. Monitors cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms, common areas, and Spa equipment. Manages customer complaints professionally and implements appropriate corrective actions. Ensures good information flow within the team and effective communication with the hotel's various departments. Participates in the training and integration of new employees.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma Bac+2 in Hotel Management, Management, Wellness or equivalent field.</p><p>3 to 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role, ideally within a high-end hotel or an establishment of the same standing.</p><p>Technical Skills</p><ul><li>Good knowledge of Spa operations and luxury establishment quality standards.</li><li>Good command of reception, reservation, and customer relations techniques.</li><li>Ability to supervise daily operations and coordinate team activities.</li><li>Good knowledge of care protocols and wellness products.</li><li>Mastery of LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards with the ability to ensure their daily application.</li><li>Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards and procedures applicable to wellness areas.</li></ul><p>Personal Qualities</p><ul><li>Excellent sense of service and strong customer orientation.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to supervise and support teams on a daily basis.</li><li>Responsiveness, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities.</li><li>Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and ability to solve problems professionally.</li></ul><p>Languages</p><ul><li>Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.</li><li>Proficiency in a third language is an asset.</li></ul>
