This role ensures the correct application, optimization, and performance of products in customer operations, acting as a key link between the commercial, R&amp;D, and operational teams.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Soft Skills</p> <p> Excellent knowledge of all Professional laundry solutions</p> <p> Has a technical degree, ideally in chemistry or cleaning science, or extensive experience in the field of cleaning and hygiene.</p> <p> Has solid commercial understanding and understands P&amp;L.</p> <p> Has core competency in auditing, diagnostics and problem solving skills and in deploying tools to measure performance.</p> <p> Has excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences, including customers and partners from other functional areas in the company.</p> <p> Has the competency to partner with colleagues within the R&amp;D organization, as well as with other functions to ensure timely communication and resolution of customer s issues.</p> <p> Has affinity for product development, and for trailing new solutions with customers under agreed testing standards.</p> <p> Has ability to prioritize and communicate reasons for assigning low to no priority requests.</p> <p> Can operate independently, but always with a strong team spirit in mind.</p> <p> Shows good communication, enthusiasm, creativity, flexibility, initiative and will take responsibility.</p></div></section>
