<li><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript client and server).</font></font></li>
<li><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Strong integration skills (REST, SOAP, API).</font></font></li>
<li><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Good understanding of ITIL processes.</font></font></li>
