<p><strong><span>1. Operational Management & Customer Interface</span></strong></p><br>

<li><span>Ensure proper onboarding and continuous training of new and existing team members on processes, tools (including TMS), and customer requirements.</span></li>

<li><span>Manage scheduling, leave planning, and resource adjustments to ensure operational coverage and continuity.</span></li>

</ul> <p><strong><span>WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</span></strong></p><br>

<li><span>Minimum Bac +5 (Master’s degree) in transportation and logistics, international trade, supply chain, or a related field.</span></li>
<li><span>Initial experience in a similar supervisory or team leader position within the transportation and logistics sector, or in the aerospace or automotive industry.</span></li>
<li><span>Solid knowledge of national and international road freight transport.</span></li>
<li><span>Proficiency in regulations related to international trade between Morocco and Europe.</span></li>
<li><span>Knowledge of the specific requirements and constraints for transporting aerospace goods (security, packaging, lead times, documentation, etc.).</span></li>
<li><span>Familiarity with transport management software (TMS) and tracking systems; experience leading TMS implementation or optimization is a plus.</span></li>
<li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).</span></li>
<li><span>Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.</span></li>
