You represent the company to clients and key local economic and political stakeholders.</div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileYou hold a higher education degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent. You have significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, managing production sites and multidisciplinary teams, ideally within the contact center sector. You have experience leading teams of over 300 employees. As a manager and ambassador, you possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for management. You are customer- and results-oriented. You have a solid understanding of P&L and budget management. You have experience in managing employee relations and facilitating employee representative bodies. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.</section>

<div> About the Role As a CBRE Technical Assistant Manager, you will assist with the management of the team responsible for all mechanical and electrical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and workforce development programs for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, supporting the delivery of high-quality technical services, preventive maintenance, repairs, operational excellence, and client-focused facility management. You will work closely with technical teams, clients, tenants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems and services. What You Will Do: <ul> <li>Provide formal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.</li> <li>Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.</li> <li>Set and track staff and department deadlines.
