Service Operations Staff the client intake channel during your shift, qualify and triage incoming requests, and own first response within committed service levels. Diagnose and resolve incidents across the Cloudflare stack, including WAF, DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, bot management, CDN and caching, DNS, TLS, load balancing, Zero Trust and Workers . Change Execution Execute production configuration changes under formal change control, including four-eyes validation and a documented rollback plan before deployment. Maintain Cloudflare configuration as code using Terraform and version control . Investigate and resolve configuration drift identified through automated nightly comparisons. Ensure production changes are properly documented and traceable. Proactive Engineering Deliver scheduled proactive activities including configuration and security-posture audits, false-positive analysis, cache and rate-limit calibration, DNS and certificate hygiene, and unused-rule cleanup. Professional Services Engineer - Cloudflare Implementation

<h3>The Role</h3>As a Professional Services Engineer , you will design, build and implement Cloudflare environments for BRIXIO's French-speaking enterprise and public-sector clients and help take them successfully into production. This is a hands-on implementation role covering onboarding, migration from existing CDN and WAF platforms, WAF and DDoS deployment, Zero Trust rollout, DNS cutovers, SASE and production hardening. You will work within properly planned and governed client projects. The Delivery Manager owns the project plan and delivery governance, while the Principal Architect provides technical authority and owns the overall design. Your responsibility is the build, validation and client-facing technical implementation . The client portfolio includes French banks, industrial groups, public bodies and media organisations. You will regularly work directly with their technical teams in French, explaining what you are implementing, why particular decisions have been made and how production changes will be managed. This is not a back-office engineering role . We are hiring at two levels: Senior Engineer: capable of owning a Cloudflare migration end to end and independently leading technical conversations with clients. Coordinate updates to copy, images, offers, packages, experiences, events, landing pages, and promotional content . Conduct regular audits of digital listings to ensure consistency and accuracy across all channels. Digital Campaigns & Promotions Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, launches, and special offers. Coordinate campaign assets across social media, website, email, paid media, and relevant digital channels.
