<p>Supervises the daily operations of the Spa and ensures the smooth running of the department. Ensures the quality of services and compliance with the establishment's service standards. Welcomes clients and ensures their satisfaction throughout their Spa experience. Coordinates the daily activities of the team and ensures efficient organization of operations. Monitors compliance with care protocols, internal procedures, and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards. Manages reservations and ensures optimal occupancy of treatment rooms and Spa facilities. Monitors cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms, common areas, and Spa equipment. Manages customer complaints professionally and implements appropriate corrective actions. Ensures good information flow within the team and effective communication with the hotel's various departments. You will define and drive the site s Quality &amp; EHS strategy from the ground up building robust systems, achieving key certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 14001) and embedding a zero-defect, zero-incident culture.
