Position: HSE Specialist

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Ensure that production objectives are achieved in accordance with the quality processes in place

• Supervise the production process and evaluate the results

• Control costs, deadlines and quality of production

• Ensure the availability of equipment and stocks (raw materials, etc.)

• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the machines for which he is responsible

• Control the intervention of suppliers: equipment manufacturers, subcontractors, etc.

• Guarantee compliance with deadlines and compliance with HSE rules, in close collaboration with the HSE department

• Ensure performance improvement by keeping production, quality and material usage data under control

• Study ways to optimize costs

• Ability to manage human resources by developing teams, while ensuring manufacturing profitability

• Set up and manage the factory work schedule

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Good knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
• Mastery of production management software and statistical tools
• Advanced level of English and French
• With a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of HSE,
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Production company experience
