Position overview:


Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, our future Production manager will have to lead the assembly & LP operations inside the Kenitra extension plant, in consistency with the Lear Leadership Model, with the commitment to participate actively in plant growth and have a full responsibility of Assembly / LP production delivering on right time our products at the highest level of Quality and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Overseeing the employee workforce in the department

  • Managing scheduling for maximum workforce efficiency

  • Evaluating, adjusting, and creating new policies and procedures as needed for effective operations

  • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed

  • Acting as a liaison between management and workers

  • Involve functional leaders through daily meetings and actions to ensure plant forecasts on a monthly basis

  • Managing risk to minimize losses and maximize profits

  • Leading and encouraging staff to operate at a high level of effectiveness

  • Motivate the operators through improvement activities

  • Adhere and develop CI culture by tracking and reporting key operational metrics

  • Effectively manage the customer relationship, ensure customer audits and visits are successful

  • Lead and actively participate in the quality weekly meeting to support risk assessment and improvement

  • Ensure IATF and ISO 14001 certifications

  • Create and implement the standardization and/or innovation of new concepts, processes, and procedures

Key skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+5 / 3) in Engineering

  • Proven experience in automotive industries and teams management a minimum of 5 years

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Good knowledge of software development processes and methodologies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
