Responsibilities
Select, hire and supervise personnel in all areas of the business.
Coordinate the orientation of new staff and the training and continuing education of our current staff.
Implement a pricing strategy and manage the business toward aggressive growth goals.
Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed
Ratings
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of relevant work experience.
General business skills, including budgeting, staff development and training.
Requires independent reasoning and good judgment.
French and Spanish language, Arabic and English are valued
