Unit testing and UI testing (Test-driven development is highly valued).<br> Creating fluid visual interactions and implementing modern mobile UX patterns.<br> Knowledge of performance optimization , observability, and metrics to show you care about your code.<br> Ways of Working Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.<br> Collaborating directly with clients to ensure technical feasibility and feature ownership.<br> Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.<br> Service-oriented architectures , design patterns, and robust data structures.<br></span> </div>
