<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>Intetics Inc.<br>, a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.<br> About the project: This project offers a unified platform that consolidates vulnerability, threat, and asset data, enabling organizations to effectively prioritize and remediate critical exposures.<br> By integrating information from over 150 security tools, it provides a centralized hub for risk-based vulnerability management, automating workflows and enhancing security outcomes.<br> The platform is designed to scale and streamline vulnerability and exposure management programs, ensuring efficient mitigation of potential threats Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior QA Engineer to join our team.<br> This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products by executing both manual and automated testing across front-end and back-end systems.<br> The ideal candidate is passionate about software quality, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, and eager to continuously improve testing practices, tools, and frameworks.<br> Key Responsibilities Testing &amp; Quality Assurance - Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate product functionality, performance, and security.<br> - Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing, ensuring coverage of positive, negative and edge cases.<br> - Map test cases to business requirements and functional designs, ensuring complete traceability.<br> - Document and report defects, verify bug fixes, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.<br> - Maintain a strong understanding of processes, system flows, and data requirements to validate overall system behavior.<br> Automation &amp; Tools - Develop and maintain automation frameworks to enhance efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.<br> - Implement automation scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver, leveraging design patterns such as the Page Object Model.<br> - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and identify opportunities to optimize test execution within DevOps workflows.<br> - Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, or processes that improve QA effectiveness.<br> Collaboration &amp; Strategy - Partner with QA Lead, developers, and product managers to define acceptance criteria and clarify requirements.<br> - Contribute to the definition and execution of the team’s quality assurance strategy and test plans.<br> - Support the transition of existing manual test cases into automated suites where appropriate.<br> - Evangelize quality assurance best practices within the engineering team.<br> - Proven experience in manual and automation testing, including test case design and execution.<br> - Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and CI/CD pipelines.<br> - Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps environments.<br> - Familiarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systems.<br> - Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).<br> - Experience identifying appropriate test scenarios, including edge cases and error handling.<br> - Excellent communication skills, with experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones.<br> - Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.<br> - Desired but not essential: exposure to security testing tools.<br></span> </div>
