<p>Under the responsibility of the UAP manager, the manufacturing team leader is responsible for managing a manufacturing team in order to guarantee the requirements of health, safety, quality, and productivity.</p><p><strong>5S &amp; SSE:</strong> Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety regulations, and the establishment's internal rules.</p><p><strong>Quality:</strong> Ensure the monitoring and analysis of individual performance in terms of Quality and Productivity. PDP Realization: Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the manufacturing schedule for their team (STS).
