culture.<br> You understand crypto-native audiences and you understand mainstream tech culture, and you can speak to each without missing a beat.<br> Deep platform knowledge across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube (including Shorts), with a real feel for what performs on each.<br> A clear grasp of current content formats and trends: launch videos, UGC-style content, and short-form video, and why they work.<br> AI-native to the core.<br> You use AI tools daily, you know how to set up AI automations to improve workflows, and you're always looking for the next tool that makes you faster.<br> A solid understanding of go-to-market motions, ideally including developer-led and self-serve funnels.<br> Experience with, or a strong appetite for, scaling consumer products, especially AI consumer products, across the full growth cycle for both B2B and B2C audiences.<br> A builder's bias toward action: you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect.<br> Bonus Points
