Acts as a science resource in clinical and anatomic pathology for other AbbVie departments. Develop and conduct those portions of study protocols that deal with anatomic and clinical pathology including not only the collection and evaluation of data regarding gross, microscopic, ultra-structural, and clinical pathology but, lastly, the preparation of comprehensive reports correlating these data.</p><br><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Provide professional consultation to scientific staff of other departments and provide professional supervision to assigned technical areas.</li><li>In cooperation with the Toxicology Department the pathologist designs, directs, conducts, and evaluates studies to determine the potential toxicity of experimental compounds and devices in different species of animals. This involves interpretation of data in the field of pathology (necropsy, histopathology, clinical pathology, electron microscopy, etc.).</li><li>Integrates the anatomic pathology data, clinical pathology data and other study findings to generate a pathology report as a component of the Toxicology report).</li><li>Partner with regulatory toxicologists, pathologists and other functions to develop optimal strategies to address specific toxicology issues as well as select and advance Development compounds.</li><li>Accountable for the interpretation and evaluation of biological data in biological and pharmaceutical research and development, biological control, toxicology, general consultation, and solution of problems in these areas. The accuracy of the interpretations and evaluations is of far reaching importance relative to the product clearance by governmental agencies and possible liabilities.</li><li>Ability to function in multidisciplinary teams to address regulatory queries.</li><li>Serves and/or leads issue resolution teams and participates in due diligence teams.</li><li>Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.</li><li>Serves as early safety representative on drug discovery teams. Predict possible toxicities, develop safety screens to detect, and prepare mitigation strategies to avoid potential toxicities and prioritize the safest compounds for progression to development. </li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) plus post graduate training in veterinary pathology.</li><li>Board Certification in Veterinary Anatomic Pathology (ACVP or equivalent) strongly preferred.</li><li>Candidates with a Ph.D. in pathology or related discipline are strongly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with related fields: pharmacology, toxicology and drug development.</li><li>Seasoned experience in biological research, supervisory abilities, and the ability to work effectively with other people.</li><li>Excellent oral and written skills with a proven record of scientific contributions to the scientific community.</li><li>Ability to lead multidisciplinary scientific teams.</li><li>At least 5-15 years of experience as a veterinary pathologist in the pharmaceutical business is required.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><br><p>Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: </p><br><ul><li><p>The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. <span></span><p><b><span>GEC recrute | Consultant Technique CRM Microsoft Dynamics Senior | Secteur Bancaire</span></b><br></p><br><p><span>Dans le cadre d'une mission stratégique pour l'un de nos clients du secteur bancaire, </span><b><span>GEC – Global Experts Consulting</span></b><span> recherche un </span><b><span>Consultant Technique CRM Microsoft Dynamics Senior</span></b><span> disposant d'une solide expertise sur l'écosystème Microsoft et les développements spécifiques Dynamics CRM.</span><br></p><br><p><b><span>Vos principales missions :</span></b><br></p><br><p><span>Concevoir, développer et faire évoluer les fonctionnalités de Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Développer des composants techniques (Plugins, Web Resources, Workflows) en garantissant performance, qualité et maintenabilité.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Réaliser les développements en </span><b><span>C#</span></b><span> et </span><b><span>.NET</span></b><span> et participer aux intégrations avec le système d'information.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Concevoir et maintenir les flux de données, rapports et traitements décisionnels à l'aide de </span><b><span>SSIS</span></b><span>, </span><b><span>SSRS</span></b><span> et </span><b><span>SSAS</span></b><span>.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Participer aux phases de tests, de recette, de mise en production et assurer le support technique des évolutions.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Collaborer avec les équipes métiers et techniques afin de proposer des solutions performantes et adaptées aux besoins.</span><br></p><br><p><b><span>Profil recherché :</span></b><br></p><br><p><span>Minimum </span><b><span>7 ans d'expérience</span></b><span> sur Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Excellente maîtrise de </span><b><span>Microsoft Dynamics CRM</span></b><span>, </span><b><span>C#</span></b><span>, </span><b><span>.NET</span></b><span>, </span><b><span>SQL Server</span></b><span>, </span><b><span>SSIS</span></b><span>, </span><b><span>SSRS</span></b><span> et </span><b><span>SSAS</span></b><span>.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Solide expérience dans le développement de </span><b><span>Plugins</span></b><span>, </span><b><span>Web Resources</span></b><span> et des personnalisations Dynamics CRM.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Bonne maîtrise des APIs REST, des intégrations et des bonnes pratiques de développement Microsoft.</span><br></p><br><p><span>Une expérience dans le </span><b><span>secteur bancaire</span></b><span> constitue un véritable atout.</span><br></p><br><br> </div>
